Home Energy Conservation

Home Energy Conservation Services is committed to helping Minnesota meet its energy goal - we offer these energy conservation programs to help our customers gain better control of their energy usage.  Participating in our HECS Programs, customers can realize a reduction in energy costs for safer, affordable  and more comfortable homes.

Energy Services

The Energy Services Program assists participating households in Minneapolis to maintain affordable, continuous, and safe home energy, while lowering their energy burdens.

Children and Family Development

The Children and Family Development Division provides programs and services that promote, empower, and nurture families and communities towards self-sufficiency utilizing a holistic and strength-based approach.
