Welcome to Community Action of Minneapolis! Community Action of Minneapolis provides programs and services for low-income residents of Minneapolis. We are dedicated to helping people improve their lives. Community Action of Minneapolis identifies, interprets and translates the needs of people with limited resources to key decision makers—that result in greater sensitivity, the elimination of barriers to access and increased opportunities for people with limited resources to experience success in their lives. Community Action of Minneapolis advocates on behalf of people with limited resources making systems more responsive, shaping public perception and policy, and restoring hope in the people we serve. It is our hope that after visiting our website you will have a better understanding of the mission that drives the staff and volunteers of Community Action of Minneapolis to make a difference in people’s lives. |
